Spring Track Takes Home 15 Medals


Bay Ridge Prep's Track Tigers took home a total of 15 medals from strong showings in both the ISAL Middle School and Varsity Track Championship meets. 

At the Middle School level, the following medals were earned:

  • Noah Allbrooks '26 placed 2nd overall in the 100m dash and 200m dash. 
  • Brendan Lee '26 placed 1st overall in the 400m dash. 
  • Amalia Rollmann '27 placed 3rd overall in the long jump. 
  • Selina Psarras '26 placed 1st overall in the shot-put.

The relay team, which consisted of Brendan Lee '26, Selina Psarras '26, Liam Kellum '26 and Noah Allbrooks '26, won 2nd place overall in the 4x100 relay. 

In Varsity level competitions, the Tigers won the following medals:

  • Sophia Saadi '26 won 1st place overall in the 400 meter event and 3rd place overall in the 200 meter dash.
  • Matthew Betro '24, Andrew Betro '24, Huesen Paul '22, and Nico Bermudez '25 won 3rd place overall in the 4x100 meter event. 

This has been an exciting spring season for the Bay Ridge Prep Tigers. In addition to racking up these 15 track medals, the Varsity Softball Tigers took home a league championship title to cap off their undefeated season.
