SPECIAL MESSAGE:  Please be advised the our Lower School (grades K-5) has extremely limited space.  Prospective Lower School families are encouraged to first call the Office of Admissions at 718.833.9090 to inquire about space availability in a particular grade level.  All other applicants are encouraged to continue to apply online.


We have designed our online application process to be as simple as possible.  We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after the application has been submitted.

In addition to submitting an online application, a copy of the School Records Release Form must be completed and forwarded to the registrar of the applicant's current school. Assessment Forms must also be given to two primary subject teachers and returned in a sealed envelope to Bay Ridge Prep by the teachers. These forms are available to download once you have created an Online Application account. You may also download them at the bottom of this page.
